Welcome to Gunners Goodies. These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Gunners Goodies produces and sells frozen dog treats and related products from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
1. Products & Ingredients
Gunners Goodies products are handmade in small batches using simple, recognisable ingredients. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, size and appearance may occur.
Product ingredients and flavour information are provided on the relevant product listing and/or packaging. If your dog has an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether a product is suitable.
Although we take care when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
2. Frozen Products & Storage
Many Gunners Goodies products are supplied frozen and must remain frozen until ready to serve. Customers are responsible for placing frozen products into a suitable freezer as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
Someone must be available to receive frozen deliveries at the arranged time. Gunners Goodies cannot accept responsibility for products that thaw, melt or deteriorate because no one was available to receive the order, or because the products were not stored appropriately after delivery or collection.
For best quality, frozen treats should be consumed within the recommended shelf-life shown on the product or packaging.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and the total payable will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is prepared, delivered or made available for collection.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact Gunners Goodies as soon as possible.
4. Delivery & Collection
Gunners Goodies currently offers delivery to selected areas of Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery availability, charges and any applicable minimum order values are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery area.
As many of our products are frozen, someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time. Frozen products should be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Collection may also be available by prior arrangement or from selected markets and events attended by Gunners Goodies. Collection details will be confirmed with the customer where applicable.
Delivery and collection times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, Gunners Goodies does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, please contact Gunners Goodies as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While Gunners Goodies takes care when preparing our products, our products are made in an environment where different ingredients are handled. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients and suitability of a product for their dog before purchase and feeding.
If your dog has a known allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please contact Gunners Goodies before ordering so we can discuss whether a product may be suitable.
Where requested, we may be able to customise certain products to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Availability of customisation is not guaranteed and must be agreed with Gunners Goodies before the order is prepared.
7. Feeding & Supervision
Gunners Goodies products are intended as treats and should be fed as part of a balanced diet.
Dogs should be supervised while enjoying treats. Please select products that are appropriate for your dog's size, age and individual needs.
Treats should always be offered responsibly, and fresh drinking water should be available.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, particularly where your dog has specific dietary or health requirements, please seek appropriate professional advice before feeding.
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. As Gunners Goodies products are handmade in small batches, some products or flavours may occasionally be unavailable.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, temporarily remove products from sale or discontinue products without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, Gunners Goodies will contact you to discuss an alternative product, replacement or other appropriate option.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways
From time to time, Gunners Goodies may offer promotions, discounts, competitions or giveaways. Any additional terms or eligibility requirements will be provided with the relevant promotion.
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
Gunners Goodies reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
For competitions and giveaways, any specific entry requirements, closing dates, eligibility restrictions, prize collection or delivery conditions will be stated with the relevant promotion.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gunners Goodies website, including our business name, branding, logos, photographs, product images, graphics, text and original content, is owned by or licensed to Gunners Goodies unless otherwise stated.
Content from this website must not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Gunners Goodies, except where permitted by law.
Any third-party trademarks, logos or content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information provided on the Gunners Goodies website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. As our treats are handmade, the appearance, colour, shape and size of products may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.
We may update product information, pricing, availability or other website content where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, Gunners Goodies is not responsible for temporary website interruptions or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gunners Goodies is not liable for loss or damage resulting from the misuse, improper storage or inappropriate feeding of our products, or from a customer failing to follow product information or storage instructions.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their dog, including considering any known allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gunners Goodies respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Gunners Goodies Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
14. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Gunners Goodies may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated. The Terms & Conditions that apply to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
